WATERLINE

Terms Of Use
By using Waterline you affirm that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions.

Waterline is a publication (albeit in electronic form) like a magazine or a newspaper. All use of Waterline is voluntary and is for planning and information only. You agree to evaluate any and all river conditions and circumstances for yourself and you agree not undertake any river activity in reliance on a Waterline report without taking all precautions that you have taken without Waterline information. You are solely responsible for all decisions relating to your health, safety and well being.

You represent to us that you understand, and you agree that any form of river activity exposes you to numerous risks, seen and unseen, which could result in your injury or death or damage to your property. You agree to hold us harmless from any and all forms of liability which may arise from any river related activity, including but not limited to planning, transportation, and actual river use.

You understand and accept that Waterline reports are derived from many sources which are subject to natural and human error. River level information is transmitted and processed by complex means which may introduce new sources of error or magnify earlier errors. In addition, various processing judgments must be made which may or may not be correct. ALL Waterline reports, without exception, are subject to errors from these and other sources.

In no event will Waterline be responsible for consequential damages.

PLEASE DO NOT USE WATERLINE IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
